Delete your Cropanion account
You can delete your Cropanion account (developed by Studio Mint) and all its data at any time, even if you have already uninstalled the app.
In the app
- Open Cropanion and sign in.
- Go to Settings and tap "Delete My Account".
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap the delete button.
By email
Write to us from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete account", at:
hello@cropanion.com
We will email you once the account has been deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your plants, tasks, garden log, photos and profile information are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
- If you published content as a Grower, that content is not deleted: your name, username and profile photo are removed, and the posts stay up under the Cropanion name.
- If you have a subscription, cancel it in Google Play too; deleting your account does not stop store billing.
